Can the pin read from the cluster on this ? Thanks.

You need to create a dealer key. So you will need the cs and pin.
flash will not give you that data.
Dont mess with the ecu.

Post partnumber of the dash

That is a immosystem, 2006-6 VW onwards.
Very likely with a micronas 24c32 inside.
In order to make keys, and program these, you need 7 cs bytes.
There are only 6 cs bytes, to get from the ecu eeprom.

Reading the immodata direct, from this dash, not many programmers can do that.
Smok, jtag with micronas comes to mind.

Some tools, with immodata loaded from the ecu eeprom, Avdi, Vvdi2 can figure out the 7th byte, and program keys.
I would try the xhorse vaghelper first.

There is a immo off solution, for that ecu. You will need to read ecu full memory. Using ktag, or other ecu tool.
You might get immo warning, in the dash, depending on the immo off solution.

Thanks for the reply ,as i see its not so easy... Probably the immo off is the real option atm... Luckily its not customers car anymore so no rush on it anymore.
