Remove NOREAD

Hello guys, I have a question, who can remove the re-import ban from this file? It has a encrypted noread on it but I can not remove it since this is not a basic noread which you can't find in notepad or in any other hex prog, I wonder if there is any other solution to unlock winols signed file.

Here is your file with noread removed.
If you are planing to modify the file,and write it back,maybe it will be better to put back noread just before writing it.
My concern is checksums.Will the tool you using gonna be able to calculate them.

The main issue is, this car is tuned by someone else, the car just had engine (piston) damage, I want to check the file to see what they did. We repaired the engine but the custommer want's to show the other tuner what happened to his car and why. Thanks for removing the tag :)
