You have all details for it? Pictures and all? Search the 0 ohm resistor and unsolder it. Put 12v external power to upa and in less than 3 seconds you will read it.

I think i have a video with the same berlingo, when i read this mcu. It works with upa 1.2 clone red pcb and red nec adapter. All that you need is a little attention to all wires, connections and an external 12v power to upa addapter..
