Add power Seat Leon

Hi, can you help me get some power up in my car.
I have a Seat Leon and it has no outlet, it does not stretch.
In your day remove DPF but never empty the catalyst.
Could it be that?

If you did not remove phisically the particle filter from the exhaust and simply disabled by firmware then it may be clogged and car can’t develop its true potential.
