Discovery 3 EGR off wont work

Hi there.

Got a Discovery 2007 2.7

When i do egr off the car starts then stall, done 5 other JLR 2,7 with no problem

I put both files i the rar file,

If one will se and mayby tell me whats wrong, or maybe just do it for me.
