Checksum need for BMW BMS43

Hello specialists, I have a problem with the checksum correction on a BMW E36 318i from 1995.
The ECU is a Bosch DME BMS43 0261204173.
The flash is an AN28F010.
My tool for CHK correction cannot do this ecu :-(

Can someone help me? I make ORI and MOD in the folder.

The original file has read errors on several positions. Checksum wrong
Clean contacts, read again.
