Passat 2.0tdi BMP remap problem

Hi, I have problem with this file - when turbo starts to overboost the requested boost starts to drop a lot. Lets say in boost maps I request 2450mbar but turbo overboosts a little after 3000rpm and the desired boost on diagnostic tool starts to drop as low as 700mbar. Have anyone experienced this kind of problem. I think there is some kind of overboost protection boost map which it switches to when it starts to overboost.
