Mercedes w220 EZS hash error

I have ezs with hash error on keys 4,5,6,7,8 , however keys 1,2,3 are used and lost, have to program new key on unused positon whcih I cant because of hash errors, is anyone able to fix hash errors?

Mcu is 0d69j hc05 EZS is : 220 545 00 08 Q11

Nothing unusual.
That's a sign all keys are free.
And you can program the key at any number.

I tryed to program key, but EZS wont accept it, by the way should eeprom data be the same in both mcu`s 0d69j and 1d69j ?

solved by writing eep from 2nd mcu that had only 2 keys hash errors, wrote unused key without hash error, car started
