Maybe airbag unit-file has vin inside and its different from the cars original vin?
Maybe part numbers are not for this vehicle?

It's vin locked. Read the chip from the damaged unit. Then copy it to the new one.

They have the same part numbers

How can I change the VIN number please?

Also the code is different, the original code: 88C0C00000000000400000CC000800000065

What tools should I use to read/write the chip?

Open it and find out it's probably an eeprom. Or could be an mcu. Transfer the chip to the new module or read it.

Upa maybe

Did you match this part number 225894-352 to your original ECU too?

Yes, same number.

Yes, same number.

I don't think VIN is stored in MCU for vag vehicles, i think its all done by long coding.

I tried Long coding change but it's not permitted!

What machine are you using? Also what machine did you use to remove component protection?

I used VVDI PROG and ODIS online to remove component protection.

Problem is resoved by replacing the MCU (SPC5604) from the damaged SRS control unit to a donor that has the same part number (3Q0959655AD)
