2017 transit 2.0tdci SID211

hi

van came to me and seems to have been tuned elsewhere poorly..
its shuddering when accelerating
way to much torque at low rpms in higher gears
clutch and flywheel replaced twice
can someone reduce torque below around 2200rpm..
i cant find original file anywhere
ford dealer want to replace ecu.. :sour:
