Hi
I have a problem with the edc 16 controller, and more precisely with the radiator fan control ... Ecu works as a "stand alone". The program is tailored to my needs but the fan starts in "emergency mode" (full power starts) when the engine is started. Before the engine starts, I can control it smoothly from the level of the diagnostic day device ... Someone said that it was the fault of the lack of a signal from the automatic transmission ... the tuner that processed the file says the same but does not know where the switch is ... Another tuner said that this driver is not suitable and it must be from a manual gearbox ... Someone from the forum could tell me where is the truth? Maybe the ECU can stay and it is enough to change the software to manual? Or someone just knows how to change the switch in the software so that the ECU works properly ... Thank you for any help ...
