What do you think of this file? is it virgin or corrupt?

I can find the mileage of the vehicle as well as the pin. On the other hand, the software I use gives me the VIN in the wrong order.

Do I have to write a virgin file or I can directly recode this BSI which had to be virginized due to low battery?
