BMW E60 525d 177 AIR MASS FLOW SENSOR OFF REQUEST

Hey there guys, can someone help me with Air Mass Flow Sensor OFF for my BMW E60 525d 177hp 2004.
I think it should take the information from Map sensor when its manipulated.
I attach the original ecu reading with DPF OFF.

I have bought the car with DPF OFF, so its possible to be removed not properly. Anyway, can you help me with MAF OFF ?
