Help: Empty file [FF] on 93c56 Renault Clio 2

Im reading a renault Clio II dash with 93C56 eeprom. Tools are Batronix 40 .


Reading in the first time ok, i try to read one more time , but bin file is empty with FF.


So whats wrong my Batronix 40, eeprom or what ?

And your pictures are so small you can't see anything.
