Good morning. My car is a renault megane 3 1.5dci cin ecu Continental307. I wanted to remove a dtc. I tried to read it with kess v2 5.017 but at the end of reading it gives me "checksum error". I wanted to make a backup with ktag, but I only find the sid305. I procure the connection for this ecu and try to read it with ktag using the sid305 protocol. When the id gives me "micro protection error".
How could I read this ecu?
I have FGTECH v54 but can not read it in the obd or in the boot.
I also have MPPS v18, in obd it reads a 1.48mb file in 2 sec and it is empty. I wanted to try in Boot with mpps. I see that among the special functions there is just "siemens sid305 \ 307" but what does this function do? should be used in the obd to read the passwors or always in the boot?
does anyone have experiences?

mate, SID 305 is TC 1766...
and Sid307 is TC1767...
it makes no sense to boot it with wrong protocol...

SID 305 you can boot direct on bench...
for SID 307 you need PW by obd first with your tools, and if they even supported this...

you should let someone do it, with a genuie tool...

I checked for writing in the obd the protocol is the same for the sid305 and sid307. I thought it was also the same for the ktag

I have tried everything. Fgtech, ktag, mpps tricore, ktm bench. even selecting only the micro tc1767 is not recognized. the one and the ktag, tells me that it can not unlock the micro
