Opel signum EGR problem

Hi, need help with opel signum 1.9 110kw edc16c39
My friend bought this opel and seller sayed that egr programmed off,
but once a week he getting error p0400 (5A) EGR flow insufficient detected.
egr pipe blocked mechanically. I disconected egr and got new error p0400 (04) egr circuit open
Help to remove errors

Hi. In this driver to properly remove the egr. You need to do a full BDM reading. Because after Obd you read part of the program. And the bug library is in several places
