I need to delete the following DTC:

118900 - Component B60/4 (Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor) Has A Plausibility Error

1189 is manufacturer DTC code and related to P0471...

I already tried to delete it without success (three files). Find files attached.
I also deactivated EGR and tried to fix Readiness bits.
