Need hardcut limiter and lc with esp off edc16u1 (A3 8P)

Hi,
Is there anyone able to do a hardcut limiter (hard cut) at 2500rpm and launch control at 4450rpm with esp disabled? I would need these two functions on esp off, possibly if you can't hardcut the launch control itself.
Car spec:
Audi A3 8P BKD
EDC16U1

unfortunately, it was supposed to work only with esp disabled, and it still works with esp on and off
