Hello,
i have serious problem with my pg 406 2001 HDI. I put in my car BSI4 (Siemens) (old one was BSI1) and put down km from 273000 to 151000 and from this time Fuel Gauge doesnt work properly. When key is turned into start position, it shows only FULL, 3/4, 1/4 and empty..nothing between this. When car drives, gauge is still on one of up mentioned position (when we drive 600km - still for example 3/4, when stops and put key to start position again, then gauge shows for example 1/4).
planet2000 shows two values. One measured fuel (for example 55l) and changed fuel (for example 40l).
i tried reload bsi+dash with older working bin, and nothing changes. ECU is without immo (but 3months ago). I tried change dash, i tried change BSI but nothing success. I have only used BSI for test. Maybe virgin bin for my b4 helps. When i put bsi1+dash from another working car, working on my too...
any has idea or help ?
Thanks.

i have 2001 hdi without electric seats etc.
a year ago i bought leder seats+memory + electric mirrors + full electric + door lights + front lights washer + b4 from this car...
i applied new electric+ all things, but in car is still b1 and ecu with original immo
half year ago i bought from ebay new dash with 5 motors (fuel, tacho, speed, water temp, oil temp) with silver rings. new tacho have more km then i, i use tachocalc and make 151 in new dash and 0 in bsi1)
all working fine, but in B1 is not available light wash and door lights...
i go to my friend which put into my car B4 - with planet 2000 but car doesnt start..after 2 hours of bin replacing and planet2000 something, make for me my ECU without immo. New B4 was in my car and door lights still not working. We look for problem and we found that some electric elements not soledered. I take another B4 but from UK car. Friedn bad calculate km, then we took them back to 151- We put it into my car and from this time fuel gauge doesnt working.
i have not my bin from ECU, but ecu without immo working fine 5months ago and nothing bad with fuel gauge...
in attachment i put all bins which i have (tested). My pin now is d2e7
old one was XRXG or something like that.

id like to try put into my B4 virgin dump with d2e7 pin, to my dash dump from another Dash with 5 motors...
i think that main ECU is not responsible for bad fuel gauge working..If you think yes, i ask my friend for my ECU dump.
i tried reset fuel gauge with two resistors (56 + 350 ohm) but no success.
Thank you for helping me...

ps: today i put back my old tacho with 4 motors... not success too.. I think that problem is in BSI or in another pc
ps2: car computer shows after start for example 300km end, after some km 350km, after some more 450km......when we turn off and start again, then for example 200km, 250...350...450...it seems like not knowing how many km we drives...but in another modes km shows normal...

Hi, I have almost the same issue.
This is a siemens BSI, in a 2001 406 petrol 2.0 engine.
I tried to read my 93c66 from the BSI, and I don?t know if I missed something in my dump, but now, the car doesn?t start, the dash has all lights on, and blinking fuel light. Any ideas?
Tks in advance

is your 93c66 right on a place ? In right possition ?
Try read your 93c66, backup old data and try put there one of my bins..(with lowest km)
Try disconnect batter.. Maybe helps
