Mondeo MPC555 dead after programming

Hi.
I have a problem with the car. I wanted to turn off EGR.
I used KTAG for this. Read OK, write OK but the car did not start.
Then, I write ori files without eby problems, files write ok but the same situation. ECU is dead.
What could have been damaged on the PCB, any idea?
6S71-12A650-BF ECU with external flash.

When You can write I think Your Ecu is ok, I think Ktage make wrong reading, I have that one time, when Ktage make wrong reading the file is damaged and if You try to write it car will not start, when You read Ecu make it two times and compare files, if they are the same then is ok If they are difrent them make it third time and compare
