bmw 525D EDC16 gearbox hesitation after tune

hi has anyone experienced major delay in gear changes and car being under powered in the bottom end of the rev range after being tunes stage 1 applied tried 3 different files and all the same issues , also tried resetting the gearbox adaptions with multiple diagnostics but no change

any help appreciated ecu was written with genuine kess v2

hi yes working fine stock , initially thought it was a bad file buy tried 3 tunes from different companies
