Vw T5 speed limit

I have vw t5 2009 2,0tdi edc17, somebody set static speed limit to 140km/h.
It is possible to switch off this in VCDS? Or need ori file for KESS.

try with VCDS , Im sure speed limiter is in EEPROM

Yes. But static speed limiter if it set up then it inpossible to set off.

You may try my file on eeprom and see if limit is gone ;)
