You Eeprom write to PICmcu
and Erase flash ?

You use pickit software ?
mini pickit software need menu setting
Programmer menu Clear and erase buffer OFF OFF......
before eeprom write erase all memory
if program OFF and EEprom ON

then menu option check
if clear or erase ON then flash erase process start

you buy other dash or crash bike dash.
