Hi folks I wonder if anyone can help I opened an ecu on a chrysler 300c read it via bdm port. I was careful to open using a heat pad to soften the sealer I saved as 3 files Wrote back new flash and now no coms with car. Won't start. I wrote back ori flash. Still the same I then read the ecu and stored as 1 file. Wrote it back as backup still no start and no diagnostic connection via obd. I would be greatfull for any help thanks chris

Most probably hardware damage inside PCB. I always do these via OBD, but if ecu is like on Sprinters, then it is very sensitive.

Just in case, you can post here original files to check whether some of them is corrupted.

Better is to buy some genuine tool if you want to do such jobs and live easier.
I saw your same post in the other thread, why you didn't read it from the beginning... all is explained there.
Regards!
