Torque monitor off

Good Morning.
I am powering a jaguar xf 2.2 with ecu edc17cp42.
Do I need to turn off the torque monitor?
Is there a fault if it does not turn off in this car?

If your file is properlu tuned you dont need TQ monitoring off :)
