Snap on modi’s ultra 18.2 help

I’ve somehow reformatted the card in my machine and now have nothing, it won’t back up or reset any way of getting the software back on the machine? Or has it had it? I’ve tried contacting snap on but no reply, I basically need a new memory card so I can then restore it
