Bmw cic e60 repair

Hi,

my cic is dead, during 3 years it crash sometimes but reboot after fews minutes, but now it’s dead.

someone know what I can change or do to fix it ?

problem solve, clean soldering with a special product and heatgun on gpu board

people sell on ebay etc some capacitor, but don't loose time with it, the big capacitor it's for amplifier or change it if your sound is crap.

my fan was dead too, i fix it and he turn at max speed.
