can somebody help to do IMMO off without SAFE in dash?


Audi Q7 3.0TDI 176kW
EDC17CP04, processor Tricore TC1796.


its same ecu (not donor), just changed by blank processor and programmed.


I tried couple solutions with immo off in flash, but have SAFE warning in dashboard.

So installing blank new processor on old ecu (i assume processor went dead after you had done full boot backup of original) and programming it with the beforementioned full backup you still have immo problem?

Have you checked the backup was completely written to the blank processor without any changes in area 0x17FF0-0x17FFF?

Do you keep full boot backup from the ecu in its original state?

Can you make full backup of ecu in its actual state and upload here?
