hello I have an upa usb 1.3 programmer I would like to read the NEC 780828b chip in vectra C. I do not know how to do it in the instructions there is a nec 780828A chip included but I do not know how to read it with which adapter in the manual does not write anything about it. Maybe a special adapter is needed?
