Hino N04C-TJ original file

Hi,
I have ECU from a Hino truck which has DTC ( P0607 and P0045) and the owner says DPF has been removed. Do you guys have the original file for this ECU ?

Vehicle brand : Hino
Engine : N04C-TJ (manual transmission)

Ok. Is it the reason for DTC ( P0607 and P0045) and loose power of the engine ? Mechanic said the rpm don't go beyond 2500 when DTC popup .
It will be great if you can make the file .
