Benz 2007 ML320 CDI ECU dump needed

Does anyone have a copy of a full dump, MPC564x / M58BWx? ECU number: A 642 150 54 41. I have one here with corrupt data. Thank you.

K, lemme try to explain my trouble by uploading this M5BW016x file. I rarely have to deal with EDC ECUs, other than Sprinters', so I haven't come across one of these before. In this file, the DAS data is located at ~9400h but it's a mess. I'm not sure of it's format, where hashes and special keys are repeated in two consecutive blocks, as usual. nor do I know the location of the "married" counter byte. What I need is a copy of a similar flash, so I can learn it's format.
