Look, Once I adapted this sensor on my fiat500 with hillholder, after crash. Steering wheel always tried to move one side.
You need remove steering wheel, and disconnect steering engine from the car, but leave it sonnected with cables, so it will turn freely when ingnition on. Than you need access to the wheel position and torque sensor, like on your pic.
You need to move few millimeters sensors with pin or something, inside this donut, till electric engine will stop. You will note this moment. So this will be 0 point. Good luck.

you need to read before remove old sensor with this
https://store.minitools.com/en/sep-senstest1-steering-sensors-tester.html

when you put new sensor on colum you need to block it as old sensor parameters.

This bugger is very sensitive
There is a factory pinhole for setting zero position
Get a scanner and assemble the torque sensor in live data + 2.5v and - 2.5 volts
Its pain in the ass
