renault edc16c39 speed limiter remove

hi can someone help me to remove speed limiter with this ecu?
i try with clip but without sucess.
i see it is disable with clip but when i drive it speed limiter enter at 100km/h.
i try with arbitres and other diagnostic tool but this model i see on other treahd have this problem for remove it.
i see thet swiftec have solution for it.

remember before write it save iniector coding.
