The map isn't bad, but it doesn't do much better. Not all of 100mbar of increment. Is anyone able to execute the normal stage1?

If you are so expert to criticize better develop it yourself, sure it will match 100% your expectations.

Somebody need him to explain how Diesel works xD.
And ~1.6bar (series ~1,35bar) is way way enough fpr ST1. But he requests "change" to more boost for crappy BKD engine...
Why dont you do yourself and blow the crap to crapyard?

Enough = BlackList

The fact that I received a file from a good tuner is not to be denied. I just asked for a method with a little more boost. The lambda file has max. 95mbar increment. Apparently, around 150mbar is safe. Unfortunately, no one. I respect him for his help and appreciate it very much. Natmoiast would like a melody with a little more boost because on the lambda map it wasn't that yet

Maybe a good starting point for you.
My tune was safe enough and ~165hp, enough for this BKD!

Best do your own tune or pay a local tuner for.

we don't have any tuners in our area. I am willing to pay for the solution, but it has to be good.

Why people still think more boost = more power?

Power is given by fuel not by air.

And normally there is room enough for more fuel on a stage 1 without the need to push turbo to its limits. Specially in these BKDs.

Because people are dump rabbits. And think more more more and dont know how diesel works xD.

1.55bar is enough for a BKD for around 165 to 170bhp

1.6bar is enough for around 170 to 175

1.65bar is enough for around 180 to 185 which in my opinion is the max you should take this turbo but have it peak at 1.65bar not constant to reach said figures i would advise decat to lower EGTS

But you still need the fuel to match your required AFR

The BKD is a strong engine its just the turbo is shit anything more then 1.6bar and really its a matter of chance if it blows or not lol

If you run lets say a lean AFR mixture so lets say 1.6bar with stock fuel request which is 60mg then you will create heat especially with stock intercooler and more heat means less dense of air which in turn leads to less power.

so boost isnt everything you cant just chuck boost into a diesel and expect power like lambda1 said thats not how diesels work you need a compromise between air and fuel to make said power.
