Crashed my bike while ago at ~4k miles, bought new cluster and its reading 22k or something.

Reading:22k miles
Need: 4k miles

Can you upload the good edit on the file? Also are these all in Unicode cause im tryna match up the value but nothing is matching up. The Unicode value for L is 4C but im not seeing it in the data dump, same thing for ASCII.

Hey I tried this and it was almost right. The 4 is missing the vertical line on the right side

Did you read the file in 16 bit?

First of all, you gave us wrong information about mileage, your file has 19818 miles.
