2018 Ford F150 Carprog Crash Reset

Hi DK hope someone can help
i have a carprog from china
trying to reset crashdata
2018 Ford F150 does anyone know which adapter do i have to use

i am kind of new in this
the obd2 doesnt work also the ford can adapter doesent work
connection error do i have to connect direct to the module ?

Depends on the memory in the module. If it is Infineon xc2361 or xc2336 memory you need the a1 multi and I think the carprog unit has to be genuine because it has to talk the there server to read
