Small Update , i change Speed Limiter from another Ducato with same ECU ,but different software number, was no limit , i put it to 110km/h via diagnose and it work. But from first ECU Speed limit change in ECU disabled , i compare two eeproms from boths ecu and set speed to 110km/h and via diagnistic i can see in ECU live data speed limit set to 110km/h .but Car drive stil 89km/h. I dont know if this Car have speed limit in BSI? Or in Flash Torque limiter at latest gear limited to 89 km/h?

Thank you for info , i will check it.

i think this need to modify if Ecu eeprom and BCM linked .

Enabling flag for Homologation Speed Limiter strategy,
Default value of maximum vehicle speed (VLIMIT_BCM) in case of disabled Homologation Speed Limiter
Default value of maximum vehicle speed (VLIMIT_TOOL_EE) in case of disabled Adjustable Speed Limiter
