my friend you would get better chance of being helped by posting a description in the title.

what is that black gunk? think it would be advisable to clean it first.

also you didnt state what you did when it got bricked. might just be poor contact

It can not read by KLine anymore, that's why I open it to see what kind of chip of it, hope chip could be flashing by any kind of hardware and software eeprom. Thank for google that show me that is one of renesas chip. But first I'm newbie so I don't have much information or any skill like prof, what tool and software exactly that can be used for flashing that chip?

Probably ktag or kess. What renesas chip is on there? What tool you used and what else you have?

Flash by honda ECU 3.5 with ftdi cable Kline, it says success no error, but then it bricks. I dont know whats wrong exactly but maybe from bin after edited by me with tuner pro (my own xdf). Which tools and software could write ori file into chip.

this is the part number

the mcu number is the one found on the mcu chip

ok i see it in the first pic r5f2134. clean the board and read the chip by looking at the pin out for this chip
