Dodge Caliber 2006 mileage correction

Hello!
I need to dismantle the instrument panel of Dodge Caliber 2006 and change mileage in it!
It is not a problem to read and write 9S12DG256.
I do not know:
1 Is it difficult to remove the dash?
2 Can it be a problem if I will not change mileage in Engine ECU
May be some one have photos or other info ?

upa will do this or rosfar dash cluster a nightmare to remove ie remove pillers at windscreen and you will see the strip out from there
