Becker BE2580 PCM1 radio fault

Hi all,
I have a BE 2580 PCM1 unit.
I have got display on the bench, but radio and cassette will
not work. It is the top (radio) unit that is at fault.

I tried a top unit from another system and radio and cassette worked.

I have power in most areas of the board in the top unit,
but still radio and cassette not working.
hopefully someone can help me with this
