What car, what display, did you follow the pairing procedure, what PIN did you pair with?
After all, what status does he show you he is in?

Done but the same..
We did a normal pairing procedure, we did a lot in the past.
After the pairing procedure radio works perfectly but some time ago after several turns off/on it asks again for the pairing procedure. Our assumption is that the dump is changed more than it should have been.
Thanks guys for your effort, let me know if you have any idea or solution.
