W246 (b-class) 2013 mileage correction?

I have read that you could use digiprog, turn to 999999 then EZS takes over and then you can adjust again to the mileage of your choice (ezs remains 999999 but dash changes to the MILES of your choice) but...................
Both my digiprogs do not work on this car at all. Says it changed mileage but nothing changes at all.

Could someone please explain in detail what my options are?

If i need can blocker, which one? Theres so many, I prefer not to solder.

Okay.

But digiprog clone says it does work on W246. Does the blocker need to be in place BEFORE connecting digiprog and then changing mileage?

Can anyone recommend a blocker that has fast shipping?

There is another guy on another forum with same car. He got codecard one and it gave errors on dash. He bought cheap chinese one and worked. So it put me off a bit on codecard.
