I found this on the web, it's from the developers of dashcoder, they used it for the x12 programmer tool. So it must work. There are two versions of the ZGW board, a short and long version, don't know which version this is.

I am totally not good with the HEX stuff but I try to learn.

Youcan reset all service entry's I saw also a tool for this, anyone tried this software?

Welcome to: DeJaVu uVaJeD -> support site (http://dialab.ee/dejavu/Support/zgw.php)

For the old type ZGW (on the left) i managed to clear all data
i can teach it into another verhicle , and add new service history

For the new model ZGW (on the right) i need further testing .
Will get back to this ;)

Good news, I have more info, picures of connections and dumps. See attachment. I think you don't need more, grosse platine (big board) original dump and grosse (big board) platine 0km, just compare.

Hi,
Did you read this with DIGA clone?

Also I d'like to ask :
Is Diga clone works woth secured MCU in ignition or it not working.

Before an year i try one ignition wirh diga, but it not works for me, I made 4-5 tryes - same thing. I afraid not to burn or to loose data, so i stop trying.

Someone have experience with it? In manual there is written how to connect it and touching with wet finger, but is there anything else...?

Wet finger method is for older cars and it works with diga, for newer cars 2002> you need a good 912/9s12 programmer.

For those who are a bit too lazy to solder and desolder - the Abritus tool can read the EEPROM of CGW units. This is how I do it. After I read the dump I load it in their CGW explorer and it shows some mileages, which I can not see in Star.
I have never tried it on a CGW from a W221 S-Class though - I know it is different from the others...

Yeah poor people like me have to solder, buy a X12 clone programmer for this.
