jaguar xkr 5.0 - DENSO P5.OSC ecu clone - any tool can bench mode? cannot open

hi all can anyone tell me if there is a tool that can bench mode, clone this ecu?

i cannot open it, its really hard sealed and not even a gap to get any opening tool to prize it open on it anywhere for KTAG reads

ok so i opened it and KTAG read and wrote the FLASH data, its all KTAG can read, i transferred to new unit but new unit doesnt start the car, any idea?

I had the same problem with ktag(clone) and some ecu's
Did you try reprogram the eeprom?
And if your Ktag is a clone i think you sould try other ksuit vertion:acne:

car scan says immobiliser wrongly coded after KTAG copied int flash over

KTAG says eeprom and ext flash NOT PRESENT, but must be in some IC the immo info

yep Renesas r4f70590 flash size 1.5 mb divided as follow ( 4KB × 8 blocks⎯ 96KB × 1 block⎯ 128KB × 3 blocks⎯ 256KB × 4 blocks )
could you get the numbers from the two small chips 16pin ( IC350 - IC550) could be one of them iam not sure

41153-S and vhc-00s are those IC, but hard to read, i think thats correct

vhc-00 is quad input nand i can't find anything about the other one
you could replace with old ecu just in case

I thinks it's use internal Flash and eeprom, they are include in Micro SH7059
maybe Ktag don't read all partition of SH7059.
When read with Ktag you choice Backup or choice read only Micro SH7059 ?

there is another MCU in this ecu Renesas SH7055 ( 64f7055BP40) with 512 kb flash , it may be holding immo data

Have you tried adapting the used ECU with SDD?
