Mercedes Sprinter 313 CDI 95 kW 2012. I removed DPF and EGR with ADS DPF/EGR Remover and fixed checksum with WinOLS. The vehicle is working, but its Check Engine now flashes. Earlier, it was simply there, but it wasn't flashing. I found a similar thread on another forum (https://mhhauto.com/Thread-Mercedes-Sprinter-W906-313-CDI-95KW-problem-with-DPF-off-CDR2-ECU?page=3) and the people there asked for the ECU. I uploaded the original ECU (HW_6519020100_SW_6519025100_READ), which was read by KESS v2 clone from AliExpress and the DPF/EGR OFF file (WinOLS DPF_EGR_OFF).
What's the problem?

I scanned with Delphi and the actual model was actually W906. I deleted the fault codes for the DPF and they seem to be gone, but the Mass Air Flow is giving Invalid Signal. Is it possible that the MAF is the reason? Thats the only error code
