2011 Subaru Legacy 2.0D Odometer Reset

Hi guys I need some help correcting the mileage for my 2011 Subaru Legacy Diesel 2.0D. It has a 93C76 EEPROM which I have read to a .bin file and attached that here. I was getting corrupt dumps while reading it in circuit so have taken it out of circuit and bought a UPA USB.
The incorrect mileage which is currently on the cluster is: 225,152KM
I need it to be changed to around 210,268KM


I really enjoy learning how this stuff works and would be really grateful if someone could explain to me how the mileage is encoded in the file for this car model so I could learn to change it myself.
Please let me know if more information is required.

Damn should I be reading it as 16bit or 8bit?

see the double bytes ? .... that means its the wrong bit reading ... at a guess I'd say you f ecked it trying to read it in circuit ... but don't take my word for it .. wait a little while and someone will confirm it ..:)

I think I may have tried to read the chip the wrong way around a couple times :(
If it is fkked what are my options for getting my cluster working again?
I've got another cluster thats the exact same from another car but the immobiliser isnt programmed for my car
