Golf mk6 2.0 tdi EDC17C46 error help

If you can help or give advice, i am loosing my mind

I have error P0045 on my golf mk& 2.0 tdi after rebuild is don , DPF off,EGR off, and tuned ( not to much ) everything was fiine and did around 1200 km after this, and than came error P0045 boost presure control valve /Solenoid (bank1)
P0045 00 (167) - Open circut
tried new solenoid, check wiring , there is 12 v, and coninuity to ECU conector, that this also for boost presure, VTN actuator, everything has a coninuity, preformed test by VIVD workshop, fuses all of them OK.
tried also difrent wiring but didnt work same error
But error canot be deleted, ethir car is working or just on ignition postion., and this is only erro that is comming up. nothing else.
( i know they say it colud be leeking vaccum, bad turbo, but i guess at least i could delte error while car is in ignition postion )

Please help, any idea is wlcome,

Does the valve click when you run the actuator test via diagnostics?

Hi , no it dosent click, ( i have tried new one and old actuator ).
tried to did test with ODIS and it says like it has preformed test , but from the actuator there was nothing.

Also i have this ECU 03L906018BA and don't know if something went wrong with this can i use different end letters or i have the exactly match letters and numbers

Check the ground of valve N75. Or make a solo ground wire from the N75 valve. If this does not help, check the oscilloscope to see if the ECU is sending a PWM signal to valve N75.
The numbers on the ECU must be the same. If you want to try another ECU.

Thanks so far for the informations, i see the information for the ECU , but i have option to get 03L906018 JP ( MY ORIGINAL ECU IS 03L906018BA) can i use my softwear and my data to copy to this ECU? to reflash it.
they are booth EDC17C46
my latters ared imposiblle to find in my area.
and could thhis issues be becuse of tuned map?
and could this error be because of mechanical fault , bad turbo or EGR, boost leak ( in my opion even if there was a mechanical issue i could delete error when car on ignition state, and i have open circut error ?

I don't think you will have these errors for the tuned file after 1200km...
Anyway if you want to try another ECU, must be same part numbers or you will have others troubles after cloning it.
And just in case you don't know it, you can't clone this ecu simply writing your original files in your donor ecu, immo in eeprom needs to be adapted

The DTC code is a problem in the N75 circuit. If the wiring harness is 100% OK, no ground is missing, and the valve is OK, then you can try replacing the ECU. But the ECU cannot be cloned, the immo data must be transferred from the old eeprom to the new eeprom. And also use coding from the old ECU.

I have found a new ECu , but some problems have happend, car runs poorly no errors, however find error in Haldex clutch that is regarding automatic transmision and i have manual transmison, very strange,

We have tried to write back my map , but cant be done when starts to write always come up checksum error, , he has change and tuned the map that came with the donor ECU , and egr and DPF off, but the situation is that car is running poorly , there is no errors on ECU, only one haldex clutch modul P 01315 Transmission Control Module
that is only error that.
Can you please give some advices?
Can i flash ECU with ODIS to come back to R4 2,0L EDC H20 6027 or can you help me?

I dont do this for money that is a project car that i was rebuilding for my self?

I can only guarantee that completely same ECUs will work without any issues. Transimisson was automatic on donor's car? Are HW versions same on both ECUs?

Yes hardwear is the same booth have HW: 03L 907 309 R,
on add was written that it came from the manual gearbox
Only difference is in this
ORI ECU : R4 2,0L EDC H20 6027
Donor ECU :R4 2.0l TDI H20 9977
Checked by VIN and it say that is from manual gearbox

Which tools did you use to clone these ECUs? How did automatic transmission error occur if both cars have manual transmission? Are you 100% sure?

IMMO was done with SMOK, ECU map was done by tuner and written on table ( completely new MAP based on donor ECU ), not sure which tools did he use.
but this error is in ALL wheel drive ( haldex ) only, not in any other module.

doblue checked all wiring- it is ok, i laso have comunication to haldex controler via vcds ( tested actuators ),
