Dear Mario,

I have the same problem. A Clarion that someone entered a personal code for. Aside from a complaint to Honda as how they could allow this to happen ( without a back door ) I was just wondering how you solved it ?

Did you send it back to Clarion UK or can a local garage do it ?
How much did they charge ?
I was also wondering if there was any way to upgrade what is now an 8 year old unit ?
