Peugeot 307 immo off

Hello i need immo off for Peugeot 307 1.4 hdi, ECU Bosch EDC 16C3. I readed this ecu with ktag bdm and ktag says that is eeprom ST95320. Can someone do immo off for this ECU. All immo off software , i have, need 95160 eeprom ? i not understand which eeprom is in my ECU 95160 or 95320 EDC16C3 0281011234 9655698200

Thanks Rafal for your help. Can I get pass for your file, i clean my inbox , and can you tell me does my eeprom 95160 or 95320.
I replace ecu in this car because i have error P0603, car in limp mode, with second hand ecu with all number some. Read eeprom, flash and mpc with ktag from old comp and write all to new comp but car again have error P0603 and limp mode . I think that is problem in old eeprom, what do you think does I solve problem with immo off at new ecu
