Reading EZS Mercedes with UPA

hello colleagues:

I need to read an EZS module from a Mercedes Vito to clone the module to another from scrap. I only have the UPA programmer.

I have looked for the pin out of the module but I can't find anything.

Can someone tell me how to do the reading with UPA?

Attached serial number of Ezs module.

Thank you very much partner for your help. I'm going to try to read the EZS module. I understand that depending on the processor family I have to use a security bit, am I right?
